Brisk Markets is looking for a Customer Support & Operations Assistant to join our growing remote team.
You'll support clients via live chat, email, and phone, handle KYC requests, and help build out our support documentation. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, bilingual (Arabic-English), and interested in the online trading industry.
What You’ll Do
* Provide fast, professional support in Arabic and English
* Handle KYC verifications and back-office client requests
* Help build our support portal (FAQs, guides)
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years experience in customer service or operations
* Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
* Comfortable with online tools (CRM, support platforms)
* Based in Morocco & equipped for remote work
