The Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Customer Support (CS) team. Your main mission will be to help make our customers more autonomous, so they can solve most of their needs without direct assistance. You’ll work on improving our internal processes and technical documentation, making the commissioning and use of our solutions easier, faster, and more efficient.
What You’ll Do:
* Improve internal processes to increase commissioning quality and speed.
* Create, update, and organize technical documentation for clients and internal teams.
* Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs, especially for system configuration and ticket management.
* Provide first-level technical support to clients and follow up via our ticketing platform.
* Analyze customer feedback to find opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Diagnose communication/configuration issues related to Modbus protocols (RTU & TCP) with third-party devices.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Recent graduate from an engineering school in renewable energy or related field.
Technical knowledge:
* Strong understanding of renewable energy systems (solar PV, energy storage, etc.).
* Good knowledge of industrial communication protocols, especially Modbus.
* Familiarity with SCADA, EMS, or similar solutions is a plus.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and propose innovative process improvements.
Languages: Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
Mindset: Autonomous, proactive, and eager to suggest new ideas.
