Position: Customer Support Agent – Live Chat
Location: Agadir (Remote)
Shift: Night Shift – 6 Hours / Day
Type: Full-time / Remote
Client: App Support – Based in Agadir
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our client’s night shift team.
You will be managing live chat support, assisting customers with orders, payments, technical questions, and guiding them through troubleshooting steps.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer chats quickly and professionally
Assist customers with orders, payments, and technical support
Escalate issues that require technical follow-up
Maintain excellent communication and a positive attitude
Ensure smooth and supportive interaction with all users
Requirements
✅ Strong written English & great communication skills
✅ Stable internet connection + quiet working environment
✅ Available for night shift (6 hours)
✅ Experience in customer support or online sales is a plus
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Familiarity with Zoho Desk or similar tools is a plus
✅ Good knowledge of Google Sheets
