We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-driven Resident Quality Engineer for our Client, a leather product manufacturer, to be the face of our quality commitment at customer sites across Tunisia and Morocco. You’ll be the bridge between our operations and our clients, ensuring that expectations are not just met but exceeded.

🔧 What you’ll do:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with designated customers
* Conduct regular on-site visits to customer manufacturing plants
* Investigate complaints, clarify sensitive issues, and ensure documentation accuracy
* Define and implement corrective and preventive actions
* Represent customer interests internally, ensuring their expectations are fully respected
* Report regularly to management and the relevant departments
* Support product design, development, and quality training initiatives
* Promote environmental compliance and continuous improvement

🛡️ EHS & Compliance Responsibilities:

* Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to health and safety regulations
* Maintain and inspect equipment under your supervision
* Use and maintain personal protective equipment appropriately
* Report incidents, near misses, and environmental hazards without delay
* Uphold TISAX and internal information security policies
