About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRC Operations Manager to lead and manage all functions within our Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) in Morocco. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring world-class operations in safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Safety & Compliance: Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring all risks, hazards, and incidents are identified and managed effectively.

✅ Financial Performance: Develop and execute annual budgets, manage service sales, and control expenses to meet profit targets.

✅ Customer Management: Address customer concerns promptly and uphold service quality standards.

✅ Operational Excellence: Oversee daily CRC operations, optimise workflow, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

✅ People Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team across production, technical, and planning functions.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Proven experience in operations management within a technical or service-based industry.

🔹 Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.

🔹 Ability to lead and inspire teams while driving efficiency and profitability.

🔹 High-level communication and customer relationship skills.

🔹 Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.

🔹 Experience in Africa or within the Caterpillar product environment is an advantage.
