What To Expect
The Country Sales & Delivery Leader is responsible for driving the sales and delivery strategy and daily operations across the country. They will hire and develop the best people leaders and ensure development of the highest performing teams, who are driven, motivated to deliver market goals in pursuit of the mission. The Field Sales & Delivery Leader will take accountability for achieving ambitious sales and delivery targets and ensure the business performs on key success criteria including but not excluded to market growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and employee development and retention. In addition to driving business performance across sales & delivery, the Field Sales & Delivery is expected to act as an ambassador for Tesla in the market, as well as provide critical perspective and guidance on decisions impacting outcomes within their market to increase Tesla’s market share.
What You'll Do
Identify, develop, and execute activities, to develop the market; expand the customer base and ultimately drive leads, sales/orders, deliveries - always championing a growth mindset.Hire, develop, lead, and motivate and retain a high performing and engaged sales and delivery team who are willing to experiment, learn, and innovate to drive results.Develop a culture of ongoing performance development and improvement across team, supported by People functionsLead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience across the whole value chain from first contact with the brand/ product to ongoing ownership experienceDrive operational excellence in all elements of market operations – avoid doing stupid things and if you do, fail fast and pivot quickly.Responsible for monitoring costs in the market Influence effective allocation and coordination of resources locally including support functions: E.g. Financial Services, Retail Development, Recruitment, etc.
