We are looking for an IT Coordinator to join a performing team. This position is 100% work from home.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
* Create and manage employee email accounts and access permissions
* Keep track of company laptops and other IT equipment (inventory & setup)
* Provide day-to-day IT support for employees (hardware, software, connectivity)
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
* Ensure data security, backups, and smooth system operations
Profile:
* Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
* Comfortable supporting a variety of IT tools and troubleshooting issues
* Strong english communication skills to assist employees effectively
* 2 years of experience, junior OK
