Your Roadmap

As a Contract Manager, you will support our operations in the Mobility (rail) sector. Your key role will be to provide advisory services in contract management and claims management during the execution phase of an international project in Morocco. You will be solution-oriented, while strictly adhering to internal and external regulations. Your main responsibilities are :

* Identify, describe, quantify, and evaluate project opportunities and risks.
* Analyze, comment on, draft, and negotiate contractual documentation, as well as contractual and claims strategies.
* Prepare, manage, and negotiate claims to assert the company's rights (e.g., recovery of additional costs, extension of deadlines, etc.).
* Collect, prepare, and manage relevant documents (drafting correspondence) and evidence, in compliance with contractual deadlines and requirements.
* Ensure the robustness and solidity of claims made.
* Maintain registers and contractual documentation.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with contractual requirements in processes.
* Define quality standards and develop tools to support contract management processes, draft templates, and lead internal training sessions.

Keys to Success

* You hold a degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field, with solid and proven experience in contract management.
* You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation (at a high level).
* You have experience with complex infrastructure projects in a similar industry (rail or equivalent).
* You are familiar with standard international contracts such as FIDIC, World Bank, etc.
* Ideally, you are proficient in several languages: English and French (essential), Arabic (preferable).
* You possess strong organizational rigor and excellent writing skills.
* You know how to communicate effectively: active listening and assertiveness.
