About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our Pay10 Morocco team. In this role, you will support our compliance and financial crime prevention activities, ensuring that our operations remain aligned with AML/CFT regulations, sanctions requirements, and internal policies.

You will play a key role in reviewing alerts, performing KYC checks, and monitoring client activity to ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-growing payments environment.

What You’ll Do

* Review and analyze sanctions screening alerts and escalate potential risks when required.
* Support KYC and client onboarding processes, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements.
* Perform client risk assessments and periodic reviews.
* Monitor customer activity to identify unusual or potentially suspicious transactions.
* Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and policies.
* Work closely with internal teams to promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or financial crime roles within a bank, fintech, or financial institution.
* Good understanding of customer onboarding, KYC processes, and transaction monitoring.
* Familiarity with AML/CFT regulations and the Moroccan financial regulatory environment (Bank Al-Maghrib).
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
