Key responsibilities:
* Handle daily tasks independently with assured support, embodying initiative, and drive.
* Investigate and retrieve client complaints following the company’s Standard Operation Procedure.
* Offer supportive and informed guidance to clients with matters or concerns.
* Handle challenging complaints gracefully and execute authorized solutions.
* Proactively recognize, report patterns in complaints and feedback promptly.
* Engage in continual enhancement of quality control, adhering to company benchmarks.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience and related functions.
* Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English, Arabic and Spanish or Portuguese. (Mandatory)
* Experience in financial products, MT4 and trading platforms is a nice plus.
* Strong critical thinking, problem solving skills and solutions oriented mentality.
* Team player able to thrive in a dynamic environment, open to learn and offer the best service to clients.
