ALTEN Delivery Center Eastern Europe (ADC Eastern Europe) is part of ALTEN Group’s offshore delivery centers network, together with centers from other regions such as Morocco, India, Mexico, and Spain.

At the moment, ADC Eastern Europe has 400 employees, three sites (Iasi, Bucharest and Gliwice) and offers engineering and IT consulting services for international clients from the automotive, aero, energetic, finance or life sciences sectors. Job Description

Within the project, your main tasks will include:

* Focus on collaborative activities during the assembly of vehicles in the plant
* Reinforcement of team during the launching phase in the plant
* Support the assembly of the vehicle in the plant and participation in daily morning/evening vehicle obeyas (failure analysis)
* Implementation of palliatives/containment actions (drafting, costing, explanation to TRIGO, control if its proper implementation)
* Participates with the ENG Core Team concerned in the realization of containment actions and/or final solution proposals to fix the Quality issues
* PPAP grid management
* Transfer to serial life

Qualifications

Diplomat Bac+5 in Embedded systems or mechatronic engineering, electrical engineering, or control systems engineering

Minimum FIVE (5) years of automotive experience with knowledge EE systems in product development or manufacturing or quality

Skills:

* Demonstrated knowledge and application of quality tools, methods, processes to drive continuous product improvements in the automotive industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure, stay organized and continuously meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills with professional and positive attitude, ability to lead and work with a global development team. Ability to present to global executive team
* Strong proficiency using Microsoft office applications
