* Build strong relationships with clients to fully understand their requirements and demands.
* Monitor and evaluate Commercial performance resulting in concrete actions towards the client such i.e re-negotiation of offers and contracts to optimize results etc
* Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
* Monitor and evaluate Commercial activities’ performance, including negotiation of offers and contracts to optimize results.

* Monitoring performance reports with according to interpretation and execution of required actions towards clients and the organization
* Close collaboration with different cross functional teams/departments across multiple countries
* Central point of contact for the clients and organization.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or product department
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self-starter, able to work with autonomy and self-management skills within a team.
* Solutions-oriented, looking for innovative solutions to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical skills and a strong strategic mindset.
* Ability to work in a multinational & continuous changing environment and interact with different nationalities.
* Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
* Flexibility with disposition to travel.
* Fluent written and oral communication skills in English, German languages will be a plus.
