At Nuitée, we're building the API infrastructure powering the future of travel. Our mission is to simplify and scale global travel connectivity through smart, reliable, and API-first solutions. We work with leading hotel suppliers, OTAs, and distribution partners to deliver seamless access to hotel inventory worldwide.


We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to take full ownership of key distribution clients in Morocco.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Manage and grow a key B2B client account (a travel distributor based in Morocco), with full commercial ownership.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
* Promote and sell Nuitée’s travel technology and hotel distribution solutions to the client.
* Handle guarantee checks and ensure all financial processes are respected and followed through.
* Proactively identify and resolve any operational, communication, or account management issues.
* Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams (product, finance, support) to ensure client satisfaction.
* Operate with full autonomy — you’ll be managing your own time, decisions, and client strategy.
* Drive commercial outcomes and long-term partnership value.


What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales within the travel industry in Morocco (e.g., worked in a travel agency) .
* Strong understanding of B2B relationships and distributor management.
* Mature, organized, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
* Comfortable handling sensitive processes like guarantee checks and commercial negotiations.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Someone stable, reliable, and looking to grow in a long-term role.
* Able to fix small management issues and improve internal coordination with a problem-solving mindset.
* Fluent in English, French and Arabic; professional working proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
