Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager National Account located in Casablanca. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with national accounts, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves daily tasks such as strategic planning, coordinating with cross-functional teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also be tasked with providing market insights, maintaining account records, and reporting on account performance.
Qualifications
* Account Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Negotiation skills
* Sales, Business Development, and Market Analysis experience
* Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Coordination skills
* Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts
* Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Profound understanding of the biotech industry trends and market dynamics
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools
