We’re looking for a curious, energetic, and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Coach, helping us develop a new generation of prospectors. No need for decades of experience – what matters most is your ability to guide, inspire, and grow others.

📍 Location: Rabat, Morocco (on-site)

📄 Contract type: Independent collaboration (contractor)

🧩 Main responsibilities:

* Provide individual and group coaching sessions;
* Observe performance and behaviors, and offer improvement-oriented feedback;
* Support the implementation of proven standards and methodologies;
* Work closely with the Team Leader and management team to ensure progress;
* Report regularly on skill levels and team engagement.

👤 We’re looking for someone with:

* Previous experience in coaching, training, or developing sales/commercial teams;
* The ability to inspire and motivate people in a learning process;
* Strong organization skills and a results-driven mindset;
* Clear communication, a positive attitude, and adaptability in a building-phase project.
