🚀 Job Opportunity – Performance & Strategy Associate – CEO Office

For our client, a fast-growing subsidiary of a leading Moroccan industrial group, we are recruiting a Performance & Strategy Associate – CEO Office.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in close collaboration with the CEO, contributing directly to the company’s growth, performance monitoring, and strategic development. It is designed as a career accelerator for high-potential graduates with early but solid experience in top-tier environments.


Main Responsibilities

* Performance Management: Develop and track KPIs, prepare executive dashboards, and provide analysis to support decision-making.
* Strategic Development: Conduct market and competitive studies, support strategic planning, and contribute to investment and M&A opportunities.
* Executive Support: Prepare briefing notes for the CEO, follow up on Board and Executive Committee actions, and coordinate strategic projects.
* Transformation & Organization: Identify efficiency levers, support organizational change initiatives, and drive cross-functional programs.
* External Relations: Draft high-impact reports and presentations for investors, financial institutions, and institutional stakeholders.

Profile

* Graduate from a top engineering or business school (Polytechnique, Centrale, Mines, HEC, ESSEC, etc.).
* 1–3 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain etc.) or a leading investment bank .
* Analytical, structured, and impact-oriented, with strong writing and synthesis skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
* Capacity to work in close proximity with the CEO where necessary.


Qualifications & Skills

Must-haves

* Advanced Excel (modeling, scenario analysis) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling).
* KPI design & dashboards (Power BI/Tableau or equivalent).
* Financial analysis fundamentals (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis); understanding of M&A basics (valuation methods, due diligence workflows).
* Market sizing, benchmarking, competitive intelligence; comfort with data and structured problem solving (MECE).
* Project management (roadmaps, OKR, milestones, risk tracking) and cross-functional coordination.
* Excellent communication in English and French.

Nice to have

* Exposure to ERP/BI environments (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, etc.).
* Experience in industrial or operations-heavy contexts.
* Arabic language skills.
