Your Mission

We’re looking for a self-starter, strategic yet hands-on COO who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

You will lead and synchronize the work of the tech, product, marketing, and operations teams across both businesses — ensuring tight execution while staying aligned with our long-term vision. You’ll be the CEO’s right hand and a key force behind the operational engine powering growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Leadership & Execution
* Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing, product/tech, and operations
* Translate strategy into action plans and KPIs across all departments
* Ensure consistent delivery on business goals across both Valorisimo and LuxFlat
* Operational Excellence
* Streamline and optimize operational processes to enable scalability
* Implement efficient workflows, systems, and reporting tools
* Lead weekly ops reviews, enforce accountability, and proactively remove blockers
* Strategy & Growth
* Work directly with the CEO on business strategy, planning, and execution
* Identify growth opportunities, new business lines, and process improvements
* Support fundraising, hiring, and strategic partnerships
* Team Management
* Manage and mentor heads of Marketing, Tech, and Operations
* Build a culture of ownership, performance, and results
* Foster cross-team communication and collaboration

Ideal Profile

* Top-tier education: MBA or graduate from a leading business school
* International experience
* Languages: Fluent in French and English
* Experience: 5+ years in operations, general management, or startup leadership roles
* Mindset:
* Strong ownership mentality with a bias for action
* Strategic thinker with ability to dive deep into the detail
* Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and highly autonomous
* Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from scratch
