The Role: Channel Sales Manager

As our Channel Sales Manager for Africa, you will:

* Own and drive our distributor relationships across the African continent , working closely with partners to grow sales, market share, and service excellence.
* Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans tailored to diverse markets, building long-term business models with your distributor network.
* Lead negotiations, forecast planning, and performance reviews, ensuring your partners are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with our corporate goals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, regulatory) to keep demand generation, compliance, and customer satisfaction at the heart of your strategy.
* Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and innovation.


This role will draw deeply on your experience in strategic sales, channel development, and territory leadership.


What We’re Looking For

* You are ideally based in Africa, with deep insights into local markets and cultures.
* You speak fluent English and French, enabling you to communicate effortlessly with regional stakeholders.
* You bring 4+ years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or business development, ideally in the medical devices, life-sciences, or healthcare sector.
* You have a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and growing partner networks.
* You’re a self-starter, comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, and able to travel across the region to build relationships.
