About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Agent to join our night-shift team.
You will manage live chat conversations, assist customers with orders, answer technical questions, and guide users through troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

Based in Morocco (preference for candidates located in Agadir)

Strong written English and solid communication skills

Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Availability for night shift (6 hours)

Experience in customer support or online sales is an advantage

Ability to multitask and manage chat volume

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets

Familiarity with Zoho Desk or similar tools is a plus
