Business Development Specialist

1.Company Description

Sahara Exploration (s) is a brand owned by a French company that specialises in adventure travel and bespoke experiences in the southern region of Morocco. 

Morocco is modernising its infrastructure in readiness for the 2030 FIFA World Cup. We are looking for a business developer to work independently and achieve results. 

The objective is to develop an adventure travel business on the edge of the Sahara.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Paris-based management team and will be required to travel occasionally. 

2.Position Description

* This contract hybrid role is for a Business Development Specialist based in Agadir, Morocco, with some remote working flexibility. 
* The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating new business leads, conducting market research, and maintaining excellent customer service. 
* They will be responsible for analysing data and market trends, developing strategic plans for growth, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams.

3. Qualifications

* French, English and arabic language
* Experiences in travel arrangement or event management
* Proficiency in Customer Service
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
* Bachelor's degree

4. Remuneration

A fixed salary with a significant performance-related variable component.
