Job Description:
The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Morocco will be responsible for launching and developing Merhaba Portal’s presence in the Moroccan market.
The role focuses on driving B2B sales, building long-term partnerships with travel agencies, and positioning Merhaba Portal as a leading platform in the region.
This includes:
* Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives.
* Building a strong network of travel agencies and maintaining lasting relationships.
* Identifying market needs, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
* Acting as the main contact point between Merhaba Portal and Moroccan partners.
* Representing the company in trade events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
* Coordinating with internal teams (product, operations, and marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and partner satisfaction.
* Providing regular market insights and performance reports to the management team.
Qualifications Required:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
* Strong network within outbound travel agencies in Morocco.
* Proven experience in B2B sales and online booking platforms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a strong advantage).
