Business Development Associate

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for a Business Development Associate M/F based in Casablanca(Morocco).

As a part of Business Development Team, the Business Development Associate is responsible to support the overall growth strategy of the company. Working with the Buisiness Development responsible to develop long-term plans and then create specific initiatives to achieve these goals.

He/She will also be working with other departments within the company to ensure that everyone is working towards the same objectives of developing the business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Contribute in Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
* Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
* Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
* Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
* Developing new business opportunities by researching new markets that could benefit from the company’s products or services
* Creating marketing campaigns to promote new products or services to current clients or potential clients
* Monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets that could be served by the company
* Preparing budgets and financial forecasts to help management make informed decisions about spending priorities
* Accurate follow up and reporting of all ongoing and new opportunities.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

* High schools’ certifications related to Sales Management, Marketing, Market Research... And or similar are mandatory.
* A Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) is a plus.
* A prior year of proven field experience is mandatory to complete the education and the trainings aspects. Such experience could be in diversity of domains, mainly new technologies and ICT businesses.
