Brand Manager

Position Purpose:

The Brand Manager will drive the strategic development and execution of innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging customer insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams and KOLs to create personalized engagement strategies. By enhancing customer experiences and utilizing advanced data analytics, the Brand Manager will optimize campaign performance and maintain the brand’s leadership position, ultimately empowering healthcare professionals and improving patient outcomes

Tasks And Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Execution:


* Lead the creation and implementation of data-driven, personalized campaigns for micro-segments by leveraging insights from customer interactions and collaborating closely with the cross-functional product team.
* Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans that include engaging creative content, clear campaign objectives, and detailed campaign briefs. Monitor campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and adjust approaches as needed to enhance effectiveness.
* Establish data sensors across all channels, incorporating well-defined poll questions to capture unbiased customer insights related to our therapy area enabling us to tailor subsequent campaign actions to align with customer needs and preferences.
* Evaluate cross-channel experiences to assess the impact of each channel on the overall customer journey. Use insights to inform the design of new customer journey frameworks.
* Experiment with automation tools and utilize various digital channels based on customer preferences and historical engagement patterns to maximize campaign efficiency and reach.
* Lead learning initiatives to ensure that customer insights are effectively utilized, adapting messaging to continuously engage and excite customers through innovative, data-driven personalized campaigns.

Content Development:


* Craft compelling campaign narratives tailored for micro-segments, enriched by exceptional storytelling that resonates with physicians and their relevant patients.
* Create diverse and engaging campaign content using a variety of formats, including podcasts, short-format videos, interactive videos, infographic emails, and AI avatar-based content.
* Utilize data analytics to design content that enhances engagement, employing A/B testing and gathering feedback from customers and cross-functional teams to inform content decisions.
* Maintain a comprehensive repository of approved content that is consistently updated and readily accessible for customer-facing teams.

Customer Experience Enhancement:


* Identify innovative approaches to continuously elevate customer experience across various platforms, including standalone and partnership events, virtual webinars, peer-to-peer meetings, hybrid events, and face-to-face interactions.
* Lead initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction metrics to maintain our leadership position in the industry.

KOL Partnership Development and Field Engagement:


* Develop and nurture relationships with selected local KOLs, co-creating customized brand engagement strategies from ideation to activation to ensure strong customer engagement and buy-in.
* Build trust-based partnerships with KOLs to gather valuable insights and feedback on brand messaging, patient needs, and event collaborations. Collaborate with KOLs to develop innovative solutions that enable Physcians to more effectively serve their patients.
* Dedicate 51% of time to fieldwork, engaging with physicians through events, double visits, and individual meetings with KOLs.
* Conduct double visits in a coaching capacity with customer teams to ensure accurate delivery of campaign, content, and brand messages. Identify skills gaps through field observations and organize upskilling initiatives, such as role plays for e-detailers and practicing challenging questions and closing techniques, to promote continuous improvement, feedback, and coaching.
* Contribute towards the design and development of KAM value solutions with KAM Cross-functional team

Data Analytics and Insights:


* Leverage a comprehensive array of data sources, including market share data, brand performance metrics, campaign performance analytics, customer experience scores, and feedback from cross-functional teams to guide campaign development and brand decisions.
* Continuously analyze trends within the data to identify impact optimization opportunities, ensuring campaigns are proactive in addressing market dynamics.
* Collaborate with the analytics team to maintain dashboards and reporting tools that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture.
* Utilize predictive analytics to forecast customer behavior and campaign outcomes, enabling effective resource and cost allocation.

Digital and AI Leadership:


* Advocate for the advanced use of digital and AI technologies to enhance customer engagement, reach, and efficiency while analyzing data to derive actionable insights. Act as a digital and AI ambassador within the organization, leading efforts to integrate these technologies into campaign execution.

Background, Qualifications & Experience

Education:


* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Master’s degree (MBA) or relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Data Analytics preferred.

Skills:


* Proficiency in data analytics tools to derive insights from data.
* Expertise in managing end-to-end campaign processes.
* Proficient in crafting compelling narratives and diverse content formats.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and AI technologies.
* Strong understanding of customer experience principles.
* Strong skills in project management, leadership, communication, and presentation.

Experience:


* Minimum of 5 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
* Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and analytics.
