Job Title: Mixologist Supervisor

Job Summary

The Mixologist Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the non-alcoholic beverage service, ensuring a high-quality guest experience through creative and refreshing mocktails, juices, and other non-alcoholic beverages. This role requires expertise in crafting innovative drinks, managing a team, and maintaining smooth operational efficiency, all while promoting health-conscious and alcohol-free options.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage the non-alcoholic beverage service operations, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Develop innovative, health-conscious mocktails, juices, and specialty drinks aligned with beverage trends.
* Oversee training, scheduling, and performance management of the beverage team.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Maintain inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient stock management.
* Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to enhance beverage offerings across the hotel’s dining venues.

Knowledge & Skills

* 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry, with a strong background in non-alcoholic drink preparation and guest service.
* Prior supervisory experience in a hospitality or F&B environment is preferred.
* Certification in bartending or mixology, preferably with a focus on non-alcoholic beverages.
* Strong understanding of mocktail trends and guest preferences.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

The hotel boasts three restaurant venues with a 250-guest capacity and event spaces spanning 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet), ideal for a variety of occasions. Additionally, our world-class spa features 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room exclusively for female guests, complemented by a high-end fitness center. The Spa department comprises 25 dedicated team members focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
