INATIS is recruiting an Automotive Byer

Missions

* define or contribute to the Commodity Strategy of your perimeter
* prepare and manage RFQ (Request for quotation) in line with the bidlist defined through the commodity strategy of the perimeter in charge
* make supplier Recommandation (REC) during Sourcing Table decision meetings
* generate the Purchase Agreement (contract) in line with the supplier selection made (REC)
* ensure contract execution : LTA application, quality, logistic, development performance, capacity increase, …
* manage escalation level with suppliers for Quality, logistic, obsolete when needed
* prepare, manage, execute resourcings
* manage and negotiate purchasing performance through negotiating and monitoring the whole set of available leverages like commercial performance (including commercial claims), Monozokuri, Value Optimization (VO) and Raw Material indexation/optimization
* Supplier kick-off after supplier award is confirmed
* Negotiate potential volume increases during development
* Control and negotiate the impact of changes during development, with a focus on economic negotiations and timing
* Final Start of Production price release, including project changes notices
* Detect troubled suppliers and potential shortages then follow up with stakeholders to support escalation
* ­Support Supplier Quality teams to meet capacity and quality convergence targets
* Lead summary meetings with suppliers and key internal stakeholders
* Wok with cross functional specialty teams to manage negotiations

Conditions:

* Location: Casablanca (Hybrid; remote and on site)
* Permanent contract

Professional experience required

Minimum 3 years of experience in incentive coordination and purchasing

Skills and abilities

* Project management tools
* Proficiency in SAP software

Education and languages

* Minimum a master's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related degree
* Fluency in English and French
