Assistant Restaurant Manager( Fastfood)

About the Role

We are hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support the management team in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for managing shifts, training and motivating staff, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality, service, cleanliness, and value.
* Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
* Support sales-building initiatives and profit management aligned with sales levels.
* Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
* Manage shift operations, including labor, waste, cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
* Perform equipment checks and ensure proper maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Assist in ensuring employee welfare (housing, medical, transportation).

Qualifications
* Education: College diploma or bachelor’s degree
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in the hospitality/restaurant industry
* Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
