Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Casablanca at TTP Event. The Assistant will be responsible for assisting in various event management tasks, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.

Qualifications

* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Experience in event planning or coordination
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
* Fluency in French and Arabic languages
* Previous experience in customer service roles
