QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree,
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the similar position,
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset,
* Planning, organization, and coordination abilities, with a proactive approach to decision-making,
* Leadership, including developing others, effective delegation, and a sales-driven commercial perspective,
* Good command of MS Office programs, especially in Excel,
* Proficiency in English,
* Ability to teamwork, detail and result oriented, analytical, strong communication and human relations skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the product, sales, training and management of the team , customer, visual and store general expense management in the store, to take action by identifying development areas, to follow the actions taken. Must also communicate and coordinate closely with the HQ in Turkey on all related matters.
Operations
* Manage product acceptance processes in coordination with the planning team and ensure timely delivery to the final consumer,
* Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance within the sales area,
* Monitor and control campaign and project operations in stores, ensuring smooth execution,
* Manage store expenses in line with budget targets,
* Collaborate with the Category Manager to achieve regional sales goals, implementing store/region-specific commercial actions,
* Ensure accurate implementation of labeling, counting, and stock inspection processes, maintaining operational excellence,
* Address and resolve customer complaints, minimizing recurrence,
* Support store teams in achieving KPI targets (UPT, CR, SDH, etc.),
* Ensure effective stock control, optimized workforce planning, and resolution of discrepancies or cost issues,
* Implement, monitor, and coach Store Managers on compliance in areas such as Health & Safety, Stock Management, Merchandising, Loss Prevention, and team performance,
* Continuously review store operations to identify improvements and drive business development,
* Manage end-to-end delivery of retail projects with minimal store disruption and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Management
* Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers to improve KPI performance, deliver retail objectives, and manage P&L effectively,
* Train, develop, and evaluate store teams to ensure first-class customer service.
Commercial
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with shopping centers, service providers, and other external stakeholders to drive footfall and sales,
* Stay informed about company agreements with service partners directly related to store operations and sales.
Auditing
* Conduct regular store visits (minimum once per month) to ensure compliance with processes and standards and prepare audit reports.
