Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for leads interested in solar solutions. You will engage leads, schedule verified appointments for senior sales representatives, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. This role is ideal for results-driven individuals seeking a structured, performance-based opportunity.


Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads using our CRM
* Clearly communicate the benefits of solar energy
* Schedule and confirm appointments for senior sales staff
* Maintain detailed records of all activities and outcomes
* Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment targets


Qualifications

* Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
* Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
* Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus (training provided)
* Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
