Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Casablanca. The Administrative Assistant will perform tasks such as managing phone calls, organizing schedules and meetings, maintaining office supplies, and providing clerical support. Additionally, the role includes aiding executives with administrative tasks and facilitating communication within the office.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
* Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
