🧩 Your Role:
* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
* Manage customer inquiries via chat and support tickets
* Follow up on open cases and ensure client satisfaction
* Work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Based in Marrakech (Gueliz) or able to work on-site
* Strong English skills — written and spoken
* Friendly, reliable, and detail-focused
* Comfortable using basic tools (email, chat platforms, task managers)
* Prior support/admin experience is a plus but not required
💼 Compensation & Trial Period
* First 7 days: Trial period — no contract signed yet. This is to see if we’re a good match
* Next 2 months: Contract signed with a salary of 4000 MAD/month
* After 2 months: Salary increases to 5000 MAD/month + performance-based commissions
🕐 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
