Are you passionate about driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships? If you’re a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills and fluency in English and French, we have the perfect role for you!
Your Profile:
* Proficient in both English (C1) and French (C2);
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred;
* Proven experience in account management, business development, and sales roles (3+ years preferred);
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans;
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships;
* Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets;
* Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms, with an understanding of SaaS and self-service tools;
* Experience in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration is a plus;
* Ability to work independently, creatively, and under pressure to achieve deadlines and KPIs;
* Flexibility to adapt to a continuously changing environment;
* Team player.
Your Future Role:
* Oversee the retention and growth of existing key accounts by fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities for clients in the European market.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and new
client acquisition for the Self-Service content business.
* Pursue sales initiatives, set performance targets, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals for existing and potential new clients.
* Collaborate with other client/account managers and executive leadership to align sales, account management, and business development strategies with overall business goals.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, client health, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
