Key Responsibilities

* Engage Arabic- and English-speaking candidates with clarity and professionalism

* Own your numbers, forecast performance, and track progress in the CRM
* Partner with internal teams to improve lead quality, messaging, and buyer experience
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years in a closing sales role (bonus for franchise, B2C, or high-ticket sales)
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
* Arabic and English fluency (spoken and written)
* Excellent communicator who thrives in virtual environments
* Familiar with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
* Remote-ready, independent, and available during EST hours
