We are seeking for our client a Workday Integration Consultant / Specialist with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining integrations using Workday's PECI and WECI frameworks.
Main Mission: The role involves collaborating withcross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between Workday,payroll systems, and third-party solutions.Key Responsibilities:
* PECI Integration:
Configure and deploy PECI to facilitate payroll data exchange.Ensure accurate data mapping, testing, and validation with payroll systems.Troubleshoot and resolve payroll interface errors or discrepancies.
* WECI Integration:
Implement WECI for real-time data exchange between Workday and external systems.Customize WECI workflows to align with organizational requirements.Monitor and optimize the performance of WECI interfaces.
* General Integration Tasks:
Develop and maintain integration documentation, including data mappings, field transformations, and interface specifications.Collaborate with IT and functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective integration solutions.Test integrations thoroughly and coordinate with stakeholders for user acceptance testing (UAT).Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues using Workday tools and middleware platforms.
Your Profile:MUST HAVE Proven experience in Workday integrations, specifically PECI and WECI.Strong knowledge of Workday's Integration Cloud, including Studio and EIB.Familiarity with payroll systems and data structures.Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.PREFERRED Experience with middleware tools like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.Understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll modules.Location: Casablanca - Remote 2D/weekEmployment Type: Full-time / Permanent // May start Remotely for a further relocation to Morocco !
