We are an MSP/IT Company seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our users, ensuring that all hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of various IT systems, including Active Directory, firewalls, and VPNs, as well as the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Responsibilities
* Provide Support from 9 AM - 6 PM PST
* Work on IT tickets remotely 100% of the time
* Provide support to end users
* Provide over the phone technical support if needed
* Office 365 Administration
* SMB Shares
* Email Support, Printer Support
* Provide email technical support
* Provision servers
* Configure Windows Servers
* Perform Basic Networking Operations
* Be willing to work on various tasks beyond your comfort zone
Requirements
* Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position.
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
* Familiarity with Active Directory management and GPO configurations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
* Ability to analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction.
* Certifications related to IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus but not required.
