Warehouse Supervisor

1. Role Purpose:

To monitor the loading & receiving of products and supervise controllers in order to ensure timeliness and proper functioning of their tasks through the WMS system.

Accountabilities:

Team Management

* Organizes and staffs the services team with adequate resources and talent in order to achieve the desired levels of Organizational Excellence.
* Provides the services team with adequate coaching, mentoring and training in order to achieve the desired business results and sustain Organizational Excellence and competitive advantage.

Loading & Receiving Process

* Ensures the quantity and quality of goods are checked correctly by the controllers in order not to have any trade returns due to damages or delivery mistakes
* Inspects the quantity/quality of all incoming shipments to ensure they are in compliance with required standards and in good condition

Picking

* Ensures all picking deadline and priority cut-off times are to ensure timely checking and delivery.
* Ensures all waves are printed, distributed and picked to meet deadlines while maintaining FIFO concept.

Reports

* Prepares picking accuracy and KPI report on weekly basis.

TM Purpose

* Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis.

Role Requirements

* University Degree or Technical Degree
* 2-3 years of experience in logistics

Skills & Competencies

* Proficient in Microsoft office
* WMS is a plus
* English: Basic
* French: Fluent
* Arabic: Fluent
