Job Description
Scope:
Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.
Responsibilities:
* Planning / Booking / Transportation of customer orders
* File Creation
* Coordination , follow up and arrangement of documents for shipment s with carriers & service providers
* Updating of PSA BDP systems
* Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
* Recording Cost & Revenue in systems, Invoicing, Invoice dispatch.
* Documentation and filing
* Customs documentation and customs clearance
* Punctual and flawless e nd to end order processing and documentation
* Operational troubleshooting

* Must be able to work in a fast paced office.
* Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
* Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.
* Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
