Position: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Location: Berrechid /Casablanca

Responsibilities

* Manage incoming goods, storage, inventory tracking, order preparation, and dispatch processes
* Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of all warehouse movements in the ERP system (e.g., SAP)
* Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
* Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
* Monitor and coordinate daily tasks and workflows within the warehouse team
* Collaborate with logistics, production, and procurement departments to ensure operational alignment
* Support internal and external audit processes related to inventory and warehouse operations
* Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

What Are We Looking for This Position?

* Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
* Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
* Experience in inventory management and material handling
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on operational tasks
* Team management and coordination skills
* Working knowledge of French or English is a strong asset
* Proficient in MS Office tools
