As part of our strong development, our regional head office in Dubai for Middle East, Africa and Indian Subcontinent is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team in Morocco to develop our PPE market share.

Job Responsibilities
Implement the sales strategy defined by the PPE KAM & the PPE Director
Expected Results:
* Implement the sales policy, priorities & objectives through agreed action plans
* Explore new business opportunities, demonstrate their viability & set up the appropriate strategy with the KAM
Develop Sales Revenue and Margin
Expected Results:
* Increase the sales revenue according to the budget
* Increase the margin by selling technical solutions & premium products
* Build the sales revenue, based on rate agreements with the main end-users
* Manage end-user’s product approvals & company registration
* Provide an adapted commercial pressure, balanced with appropriate costs of prospection
* Prepare & implement local product launch plans including technical & promotional presentations, promotions etc
Develop & manage the local distributors PPE Sales Specialist team
Expected Results:
* Achieve an efficient & motivated sales team
* Develop Sales rep productivity using effective tools & methods
* Deploy Sales rep training programs
* Set up a clear reporting methodology: reports & calls
* Achieve the defined Sales Pressure objectives (number of visits)
Analyse & identify the needs and expectations of customers to propose an appropriate offer:
Expected Results:
* Define market potential: country wise, segment wise, customer wise
* Suggest the local product offer/stock adjustments based on segments, customer needs & budget
* Identify specific local regulatory requirement & habits
* Identify growth opportunities by regular customer/product portfolio reviews & assessment
* Analyse market trends
* Maintain close contact with customers and keep a close eye on competition to identify business trends in terms of products, services & prices
Profile
Minimum three years’ experience in the PPE industry in Morocco
* Fluency in English
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to use professional and positive language
* Highly customer focused, enthusiastic and results-oriented
* Diplomatic, able to thrive in multi-cultural environment, strong team player
* College/University degree
* Computer literate, in particular in MS Office
* A full driving license
