We are now recruiting VLSI Engineers to join our Power Electronics Production Line, supporting the design and development of high-performance integrated circuits used in automotive, industrial automation, renewable energy systems, electric vehicles, and AI-powered devices.

🔧 Your Role:

As a VLSI Engineer, you will work on the design, simulation, verification, and optimization of analog/mixed-signal and digital ICs dedicated to power control, conversion, and management systems. You will collaborate closely with process engineers, layout teams, and test engineers to ensure high-efficiency, low-power, and scalable chipsets.

🎯 Responsibilities:

Design and implement VLSI circuits for power management, including DC/DC converters, power controllers, drivers, and regulators

Perform RTL coding, synthesis, DFT insertion, and formal verification (for digital VLSI designs)

Collaborate on analog/mixed-signal modeling and behavioral simulation

Conduct circuit-level simulation (SPICE, Cadence tools) and static timing analysis

Work with layout teams to optimize die area, parasitics, and power integrity

Interface with test and packaging teams to ensure manufacturability and yield

Participate in silicon validation, failure analysis, and design-for-reliability

✅ Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in VLSI, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or equivalent

2+ years experience in IC/VLSI design or physical design (fresh graduates with strong projects welcome)

Proficiency in tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent

Good knowledge of power electronics applications, switching regulators, and control systems

Experience with RTL design (Verilog/VHDL), SPICE, and post-layout simulations

Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and fabrication principles

Analytical thinking, team spirit, and ability to work in fast-paced R&D environment
