As part of this vision, we’re looking for a VA Programmer who will:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of prebuilt components for DialogFlow CX

• Develop and deploy chat and voice bots using DialogFlow ES/CX, enhancing customer engagement through NLP

• Write efficient Node.js code to handle complex, multi-turn conversations

• Implement AI-driven feedback reporting systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

Profile sought:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience

• Strong background in DialogFlow ES/CX, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, LUIS, CLU, Bot Framework, VoiceFlow, LangChain, and Prompt Engineering

• Programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Nest.js, and Python

• Experience with Google CCAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Amazon Connect, and AWS Lambda

• Knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
