Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a User Experience Designer. The role involves designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, conducting user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and applying design thinking methodologies to solve usability challenges. The candidate will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with both business goals and user expectations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences across digital projects is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to identify user needs and inform design decisions
* Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces
* Experience in Prototyping and wireframing tools for conceptualizing and testing design solutions
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
* Understanding of web development processes and familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a user-centered design approach
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
