📍 Location: Remote-first with overlap to US EST working hours.

Where You’ll Create Impact

* Build, ship, and own major parts of the product UI in React + Next.js
* Design and optimize interactive experiences that make complex workflows simple
* Work closely with product, design, and backend to ensure seamless integration and clarity
* Contribute to architecture, performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers
* Help define our frontend system and component library as we scale
* Elevate the quality of the product through thoughtful details, polish, and user empathy

What Sets You Up for Success

* 8+ years of experience in frontend development with React (Next.js a strong plus)
* Solid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript: scoping, closures, context, prototypes, classes, etc.
* Strong understanding of responsive UI, accessibility, and usability principles
* Experience building and testing APIs; comfort with HTTP, Postman, and debugging
* Clear product thinking, eye for polish, and attention to design details
* Pragmatic mindset: you move forward, make calls, and optimize for impact
* Curiosity and autonomy — you dig in, learn fast, and solve problems without waiting

Compensation & Benefits

* Base salary: $110K–$155K USD
* Equity: ~$40K+ USD
* Option for B2B or full-time permanent position
