As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you’ll design and scale the core technology behind The Flex — powering instant bookings, intelligent access, automated workflows, and predictive operations.

You’ll work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, transforming complex operational challenges into elegant, scalable systems.

Architect high-impact integrations between Base360.ai and partners such as Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, and Twilio.

Launch & Iterate Fast

Deploy and manage serverless infrastructure (AWS) with a relentless focus on speed, reliability, and global scale.

Solve Hard Problems

Tackle real-time booking sync, pricing intelligence, keyless access logic, AI-powered alerts, and live operational dashboards.

Build With the Team

Collaborate closely with product, data, and operations to turn automation ideas into real-world impact.

🧠 You’re a Great Fit If You Have

* Strong experience with Node.js, React, and AWS (serverless)
* A deep understanding of API-first architectures and distributed systems
* Experience with Python/FastAPI for scripting, automation, or data services (bonus)
* A track record of building clean, scalable, production-ready systems
* Curiosity about automation, AI-driven operations, and property technology
* A bias toward execution — you ship fast, learn quickly, and enjoy solving complex problems
