Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced and highly independent Travel Coordinator to join our team in Marrakesh. This full-time, on-site role involves handling all aspects of travel arrangements and client coordination. You’ll be responsible for booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, managing travel itineraries, and resolving any travel-related issues — all while delivering top-tier customer service.

We're seeking someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage day-to-day operations confidently with minimal supervision. This position plays a key role in supporting the efficiency of the agency, allowing leadership to focus on strategic development.

Responsibilities

* Design and coordinate custom multi-destination travel itineraries
* Handle travel logistics and detailed costing
* Book flights, hotels, and transport using AMADEUS and GDS systems
* Manage client communication and provide excellent customer support
* Adapt quickly to changes in schedules or client preferences
* Oversee daily operational tasks and support overall agency workflow

Qualifications

* Proven experience in travel coordination and management
* Proficiency in AMADEUS for flight issuance and GDS systems for hotel bookings
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* High level of independence, professionalism, and reliability
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred)
* Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus
