Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area for an Independent Travel Agent. The daily tasks will involve managing reservations, providing customer service, arranging car rentals, making travel arrangements, and driving sales initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing Reservations and Travel Arrangements
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Experience with Car Rental services
* Proven track record in Sales
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of the tourism industry is a plus
* Relevant certifications or education in tourism, hospitality, or related fields
