Transformation Leader

JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

Lead the Supply Chain Transformation

Workstream: Direct and manage projects focused on transforming and aligning logistics processes and network optimization

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Strategic Project Management: Lead multiple projects from business requirement specification through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct comprehensive analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Risk Management: Evaluate potential risks and ensure appropriate strategies are formulated to mitigate them
* Project Oversight: Oversee ongoing logistics projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with transformation goals.
* Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process and strategy alignment across the supply chain
* Process Optimization: Apply advanced analytics to continually enhance the supply chain, logistics processes, and operational efficiencies.
* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot logistics-related challenges

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or related field.
* Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
* Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus
* Preferred Skills & Abilities: Strong process management skills, Engineering transport, logistics, Quality Standards for Outbound Logistics.
