Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced freelance sales professional with an established network in Morocco's industrial sector. This is a commission-based business development role offering a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to represent a globally recognized leader in industrial installation, machine relocation, and engineering services.

In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors. You will build long-term relationships with customers, identify upcoming projects, and work closely with our engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored industrial solutions.

This is a home-based position located in Casablanca or Tangier, with regular travel throughout Morocco and occasional international travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Morocco.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, industrial plants, EPC contractors, OEMs, engineering companies, and other industrial stakeholders.

• Prospect and acquire new customers through networking, field visits, and business development activities.

• Develop long-term partnerships with key industrial clients.

• Promote Beck & Pollitzer's industrial installation, machine relocation, and engineering services.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored technical solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to prepare commercial proposals.

• Support project costing and quotation preparation.

• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.

• Follow project progress and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve agreed business development objectives.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrial investment opportunities across Morocco.

• Provide regular sales reports and market intelligence.

• Represent Beck & Pollitzer at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.

• Experience selling industrial services, engineering solutions, technical services, or capital equipment is highly desirable.

• Experience within one or more of the following sectors:

Industrial Services

Manufacturing

Mechanical Engineering

Industrial Automation

Machinery

Industrial Equipment

Construction

EPC Projects

• Existing network within Morocco's industrial sector would be a strong advantage.

• Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term customer relationships.

• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to understand technical projects and industrial customer requirements.

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Comfortable working independently and travelling frequently.

• Registered freelancer, independent consultant, or legally able to operate as an independent contractor.

• Valid Category B driving licence.

• English – Professional working proficiency

• French – Professional working proficiency

• Arabic – Highly desirable
