Arkema is Hiring: Technical Sales Manager – Fertilizer & Mining

Arkema is seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Morocco. This role is pivotal in supporting our fertilizer and mining operations through technical service, customer engagement, and product performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Lead and support coating application teams
* Ensure product quality and troubleshoot performance issues
* Set up and run product tests at remote customer processing sites
* Conduct site surveys and identify process improvement opportunities
* Assist in the design and assembly of fluid handling and pumping systems to deliver Arkema reagents to the customer’s processes.  
* Inspect customer flotation (mining) or (fertilizer) coating equipment and repair and maintain equipment as needed.  

Candidate Profile:

* Engineering degree (preferably in Chemical, Mining, Mineral processing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Geology)
* Capable of designing and setting up application systems for the products.
* Experience in mining or chemical plant operations
* Strong technical acumen and problem-solving capabilities
* Experience with the repair / maintenance of industrial equipment (pumps, gears..)
* Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement program experience, is a plus.
