We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused technical leader to oversee technical operations across North and West Africa. In this role, you will lead the regional technical team, ensure excellent customer support, drive operational excellence, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical operations across the region, ensuring high service standards and operational excellence.

• Build strong customer relationships, provide technical expertise, and resolve complex technical issues.

• Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field service activities to ensure reliable equipment performance.

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional technical team.

• Manage regional technical projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Support commercial activities by providing technical expertise during customer meetings, and business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For ?

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical service, engineering, or industrial operations, including leadership experience.

• Strong leadership, customer relationship, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English ,French and Arabic.

• Willingness to travel frequently across North and West Africa.
